Balloon Notifications

I have 3 computers setup running version 1.1.3954.20104 and 1 of the 3 computers has the balloons showing up and the other 2 have the icon change, but no balloon notification. When I look at the Options screen on all 3 I see that the notification is getting there, but no balloon is showing up. What can I look at?

Does the new mail message show in the log window?
When the program starts does it tell you how many unread messages you have?
Which notifications have you got switched on?

Also it would help if you could email me (support@owatray.com) a screengrab of the main OWAtray window and also (if possible) the Advanced &
Notifications menus.

I got it figured out. In the registry they had the reg key EnableBalloonTips set to 0. I changed that setting and then voila the balloons started working again.
