Not Getting any notifications.

Hi,

Firstly let me say what a handy application this really is! In our enviroment we will have a mixture of outlook and owa users so this little tool will make our owa users feel a little less like second class citizens. Originally we we're thinking we'd have to write out own little app as we've got quite a bit of EWS experience from writing the inport routines to get mail from our legacy in-house mail systems to exchange.

I'm just trialing it on my pc and doing a bit of testing, i've managed to get it to connect to EWS and the icon in the notify area is checnging to a ballon shap when new mail arrives however not actual popup message comes up. i've tried installing snarl but still nothing other than a message when it first starts up telling me how many unread messages i have. Ideally i'd rather not use snarl as we need to set this up on a few pc's and another application to support is never a good thing.

I'm testing on XP sp3 and exchange 2007

Any help getting this working much, much appreciated!

Hi Duncan, thanks for using my program.

OK, let's get a few basics out the way.
1. Have you switched on 'Balloon' in the Notifications menu?
2. Have you Saved your settings?
3. When new mail arrives does a 'New mail from xxx' entry appear in the logging?
4. Can you send me a screenshot of your main screen?
