Calendar Notifications
Hello,
Great app. Installation was a snap and I am receiving email notifications without issues.
Although, I have yet to see a calendar notification come through. I checked the settings in the .config file and ApptWindow is set to 15 and ApptInterval to 300. Still nothing. Been testing with a few others and we can't seem to get anything to show up.
Help? Thoughts?
Thanks!

Re: Calendar Notifications
This isn't something I've seen before;

Re: Calendar Notifications
Ok, sorry for late response. As I said this unusual as nobody else has reported this as an issue. We can try a few things. Firstly, navigate to the following folder,
and edit the following file,
Look for the following code,
And change it to,
Then, restart OWAtray.
Now, navigate to the following folder,
You will see various log files. If you can now set a calendar alert and wait until the message should have fired then zip up all those logs and send to me at, support@owatray.com
We'll take it from there.
- Code:
%appdata%\OWAtray
and edit the following file,
- Code:
DrunkenBakery.OWAtray.GUI.exe.config
Look for the following code,
- Code:
<setting name="UseTracing" serializeAs="String">
<value>False</value>
</setting>
And change it to,
- Code:
<setting name="UseTracing" serializeAs="String">
<value>True</value>
</setting>
Then, restart OWAtray.
Now, navigate to the following folder,
- Code:
%appdata%\OWAtray\logs
You will see various log files. If you can now set a calendar alert and wait until the message should have fired then zip up all those logs and send to me at, support@owatray.com
We'll take it from there.
