Notification Balloon

Similar issue to the post by Duncan but I thought it best to post in a new thread to avoid any confusion. We are in the process of migrating users from GroupWise to Exchange 2010 and would like to use OWA Tray on each client. When we first launch the tool it successfully displays a balloon showing the number of unread e-mail. If we then receive another e-mail the balloon does not appear although hovering over the icon does show an updated message count When I right-click on the icon and select 'show last popup' it crashes out to a .NET error:-

If I have the main window open as that message comes in it brings up the blue 'doughnut' in place of the pointer and the tool appears to go 'not responding' for a few seconds. Notice the text in the log 'Error when getting email properties - Balloon tip text must have a non-empty value'. After that error appears along the bottom of the main window the program becomes responsive again.

We've tested the utility on my Windows 7 Pro machine and on an XP SP3 machine with the same result. I'm running v1.1.3916.28840 which I believe to be the latest build.

Installed v1.1.3917.32192 this morning and it works perfectly on our 2 test machines " title="Very Happy" /> For a free program I'm amazed how quickly you were able to turn out a new release. I'm going to speak to my boss about sending you over a donation to show our appreciation. Our intention is to roll out OWA as a client to around 160 users across the UK and your tray monitor will be invaluable.
