owatray.exe.config query
Hi,
Firstly thanks, this is a useful tool.
I would like to know if it is possible to preset the servername and domain in the owatray.exe.config file, so they are already populated when the user installs, meaning they would only need to fill in their username and password. I have tried changing the values in this file but it seems to have no effect.
Thanks

Re: owatray.exe.config query
Yes, that is possible. The reason it is having no effect is that once the settings have been saved at least once then they get stored in the user profile from then on.
If you were to distribute to a clean machine (or more accurately to a user who had never used OWAtray on that machine) then this would work.
To clear out any old settings do Start->
Run, then type in,
Let me know if this works for you.
