Office365 (401) Unauthorized Empty Office365 (401) Unauthorized

I've been succesfully using OWA Tray for about 6 months with my company's Office365 account. But about a week ago it stopped working. Log as follows:

[16/03/2014 13:16:38] ( INFO) - Welcome to the OWA Tray Monitor v3.2.0.0
[16/03/2014 13:16:42] ( INFO) - Ready.
[16/03/2014 13:18:54] ( INFO) - [xxxxx@yyy.co] - Changed state to Connecting
[16/03/2014 13:18:59] (ERROR) - [xxxxx@yyy.co] - The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. EXCEPTION OCCURRED:Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.ServiceRequestException The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.IEwsHttpWebResponse GetEwsHttpWebResponse(Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.IEwsHttpWebRequest)
WebException The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. System.Net.WebResponse GetResponse()
[16/03/2014 13:18:59] ( INFO) - [xxxxx@yyy.co] - Connection Failure!
[16/03/2014 13:19:02] ( INFO) - [xxxxx@yyy.co] - Changed state to Failed

Running Windows 7 32bit.

Please help.

Hi, generally when it says "
Unauthorized"
it really does mean it. Please double-check all your authentication details, etc.
