Mailto: functionality?
Hello, I was wondering about the Mailto functionality of OWA Tray. We are currently trying to save some money at my company by using 'OWA' with 'OWA Tray' vs. 'Outlook'. In our switch from outlook I discovered the forms don't correctly send the data entered into the fields. Instead it includes the subject in the 'TO:' field and omits the form data.
ex.
using outlook an emailed form would look something like the below:
Name=John Doe
Date=06/01/2012
Email=johndoe@email.com
Field4=Text
With 'OWA Tray' I get just the 'TO:' Field populated with the subject included in the same field.
I was wondering if there was anyway to get 'OWA Tray' to work with these types of Forms, I saw a post a few months ago here stating that there was a update in the works that could possibly enable the mentioned functionality.
Thank you for your time and any help you may be able to provide.

Re: Mailto: functionality?
Hi, I'm afraid I don't actually support the full 'mailto' RFC, as defined [url=http:
//tools.
ietf.
org/html/rfc6068%20:18fxv]here[/url:18fxv].
This is mainly because I can't physically manipulate OWA enough to honour the RFC and partly because there is not much demand for this functionality vs the amount of effort it would take to implement it.
That is why you are seeing what you see;
the URL link in question is embedding more information than OWAtray supports.
If course, if you wanted to commission me to update this feature then I'd be very happy to talk with you be email.

Is this functionality still not available at this time?
