Issue with MailTo: Protocol

Hi

as a first time user I'm trying to setup MailTo Protocol for Exchange 2010, which seem to work, however the web page does not contain the user signature, and will not send, there is an icon of a number of dot in a circle, when I click on it says loading.

can some one help please
