Getting connected Empty Getting connected

I'm trying this out my network at work.
We have Exchange 2007.

The address that a user uses to logon to OWA is: https://rmail.mydomain.com/owa
We use Form based logon
Domain\user name

The instructions are not real clear how I would enter my settings:
Server Address: ?
User: ?
Password: (Self explanatory)
Domain: ?

I am attempting to logon from outside the network from the internet.

I typed in the url https://rmail.mydomain.net/ews/exchange.asmx
was able to logon using. mydomain\username and my password.

Thanks for using OWAtray.

On the office network, the best setting is to type the name of the mail server into 'Server' then click the 'On Domain' box. All being well, everything will just work.

Out the office, the server name will be the public facing URL of your site.
In your example this would be, 'rmail.mydomain.net'
The User field should be the Windows login name you use.
The Domain should be your internal Windows domain.

Let me know if things work out for you.

I've installed your latest version. I enter our external URL - mail.blabla.com, my username and password. Save the data and click Start. When I attemtp to open OWA I get the login screen. I tried your new Advanced feature - login automatically to see if that would supply the credentials. I could see the password character by character dashing across the username box, disappear and then I'm back where I was. I have to supply the credentials. It would be very useful if these could be provided so OWA login is automated.

Hi,

On the login screen, please make sure that the 'This is a private computer' option is checked.
Now enter your username &
password manually &
Sign In.

Now close IE, restart and go to the OWA URL again.
Has IE remembered your privacy setting &
username?

If so, please try the autologin functionality again now.

My Bad. Checked the Private option, followed your instructions and operation is perfect. That might be a great reminder for stups like me in OWA Tray installation instructions.

Yes, you're right. I shall add to the instructions.
Glad it's working.
