Shell Integration Problem
OWA tray works great except the send to function will not open a new message in OWA. Instead, a Microsoft Outlook error message dialog box opens and reads: "
Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request"
.
The shell integration install works without error.
S/Mime is installed.
Clicking on an email link in a web browser launched a new OWA message correctly.
Under default programs in Windows 7, OWA tray shell integration is the default URL:MAILTO protocol
Under Outlook 2010 defaults, mailto is unchecked, and so is MAPI send mail. For mapi send mail, the defualt is listed as OWA, but OWA itself is not listed as a default program I can configure.
Exchange is 2010 sp1
Browsers tested is IE8, IE9 and Firefox 9.
Thanks for any suggestions anyone might have.

Re: Shell Integration Problem
I think this is related to a 32 bit application making MAPI calls to a 64 bit version of Outlook. Loading the 32 bit version of Outlook resolves this issue. I emailed Iain directly on the issue.

Re: Shell Integration Problem
If Shell Integration is not working at all then please download &
install the Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package.
