Allow higher limit on Update Interval

First off, good work.
Suggest being able to check with longer intervals between. I don't need to be notified every 60 seconds of new mail, but cannot successfully save any value that's higher. In addition, shorter intervals can cause account lockout if I change password on the server and all the while OWATray continues to attempt connection using the outdated credentials.

Yes, fair point. I've added this to the wish-list for the next release.
