Exchange 2007 and Message Specific opening

Perhaps this is not a issue, but a feature request. However is it possible for when the notification pops up that you have new mail, and you click on that balloon that rather than just logging into the email it goes to that specific message? Right now it just opens the inbox, or sometimes it goes to the address book??? What might cause that. I had it open the address book after clicking on a appointment reminder. Thanks

Hi, opening a specific message was a feature I could only implement against Exchange 2010 and above;
I'm afraid it doesn't work with Exchange 2007.

If you upgrade to 2010 then it will start working.
