Autodiscover service couldn't be located

I'm having trouble with a few users after upgrading to the latest version.

They're all getting the error,

Error: The Autodiscover service couldn't be located.

I've been able to get one person working again by repairing .net 4.0 and reinstalling OWA Tray, but I've now done the same on another PC but it continues to fail. The successful one was Windows 7, this one's XP.

Your software and Autodiscover works correctly for brand new installs. Autodiscover works with the Exchange Test site, phones, and a number of other situations.

That error is almost always down to an authentication issue - username, password, email, etc.

I've not had this issue reported by anyone else so it's not a general bug. Feel free to send me the log file from a failing machine to support@owatray.com
